Let’s Make Cabbage Salad!


Diet Considerations

Ingredients (Serves 5 to 8)

  • Finely shredded green or red cabbage, half
  • One Lemon juice and zest
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 100 ml / 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons dried fruits and seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prep Time: 15 minutes.

Cook Time: 0 minutes.

  1. Whisk the Ingredients

    In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Set aside.

  2. Toss the Cabbage

    In a large bowl, toss the cabbage with the dried fruits and seeds. Pour the dressing over the cabbage.

  3. Garnish

    Garnish with dried fruits and seeds.
