About the Author

Hey all! After receiving a B.A. in Theatre Arts and an M.A. in Psychology, I went on to become a Certified Professional Life Coach. For more than 10 years, I coached clients to find and follow their passion and live their best lives. That’s not all, I am also a full-time actress and model with a passion for self-development and personal growth.

I have written one book and sold two screenplays. In my past, I have done youth coaching work with Covenant House, realizing that this is such a challenging and important time in life. To date, I have lived and worked in 8 different countries, but currently, I call the California coast home. When time allows, long beach walks are my favorite adventure, and I love to get up a little before dawn to get into a class and onto a yoga mat!

Lessons for Life

1. Assess. Correct. Move Forward. Don’t dwell on mistakes. You hardly ever get it right the first time.

2. If you’re going to show up – SHOW! Enthusiasm and a smile go a long way.

3. Take unsolicited opinions with a grain of salt unless they’re going to cut you a paycheck.
