I am Liz, a certified Integrative Health & Well-Being Coach, Certified Yoga Coach, RYT 200. I have always had a passion for health and wellness, and facilitating women to achieve their health and wellness goals is a bonus! I Facilitate women to prioritize themselves and find time for health and fitness to enhance their well-being, through your core values, strengths and desires.
As your coach I will be present and mindful, holding you in unconditional positive regard, facilitating you while you decide where you choose to go in your journey of growth.
I offer Health Coaching (talked-base coaching) and Yoga Coaching (Movement & Talk-based coaching), with Yoga coaching we can use movement as much, or as little as you want.
Through coaching, we can uncover whatever is holding you back, from becoming your true self and co-create a plan to help you get there.
