I am here to cheer you on as you step into the true bliss that you are. Through the use of mindfulness techniques, nutrition, meditation, and shadow work, we will create a unique path together to unleash your full potential. Being an artist and musician for the past decade, I also promise to bring in some creativity exercises to help unveil your creative self and get those juices flowing!
I’m a cheetah in the mind and a butterfly in the heart– a punk rock kid since birth who meditates a LOT– so I can assure you, our sessions will never be boring. 🙂
