I am a trauma informed life coach, mentor, writer, mother, artist, and everyday philosopher. I am also the Founder of Rebel Thriver, a 501(c)3 (nonprofit organization) committed to helping survivors of domestic violence rebuild their lives. I have been coaching and mentoring women for 10 years. I have a private life coaching practice, and I am the Executive Director of Rebel Thriver. Our community has over 300K followers, and I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of women.
My focus is helping women heal from domestic violence, and helping them stay out of toxic relationships. Many women grow up in a family dynamic where abuse is present, and then attract partners who continue the cycle of violence in their own intimate relationships. As a coach I will work with you to build a strong personal foundation, understand the Red Flags of dating, reframe current situations, and create a road map forward to a healthy life.
It can be tricky navigating the waters of life in your 20’s. It is so very important to understand that the most important relationship that you will ever have is with yourself. All other relationships hinge on how you treat yourself. I will guide you in new ways to approach your own personal relationship, and your relationships with others. Something that is really important to my clients is that I too am a survivor of domestic violence (you can read more about my personal story on my website).
Whether you have a specific goal, are looking to begin healing, or are seeking general guidance, our relationship will evolve in a way that best supports you. I will hold you accountable to a personalized plan that we create together, as there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to coaching. I will listen with empathy & understanding, and 100% confidentiality. My relationships with my clients are intimate, honest, and rewarding. I offer both individual coaching, as well as small group coaching. My Group coaching program is called 10 Weeks to Thriving and I run about 4 sessions a year. My next group starts on September 15th. For more info click on the group coaching tab on my website.
I have office hours Monday-Friday. If you don’t see a time that will work for you send me an email and I will try to work something out with you.
I know that it is hard to reach out and sometimes even to admit that you are in a toxic relationship. There is so much displaced shame for being a victim/survivor in our society. It’s time to smash that stigma and put the shame squarely where it belongs., which is not on you. If you would like you can schedule a free 15 minute consultation call with me through my website.
I want you to know that you matter. Your story matters.
You are worthy of your dreams and you are worthy of love.
