Gray Coaches are just that. Expert Coaches. They won’t tell you what to do. They’ll support you in finding out how to get to where you want to be. Gray Coaches are collaborative partners who help you increase your motivation to achieve your goals, by providing accountability and support when needed.
All of Gray’s coaches are Nationally Board Certified and receive training in the Gray model of emotional well-being. They accept you exactly as you are, helping you identify what you want to change (not what someone else thinks you should ;-)).
Most people meet with their Coach every week or two for a half an hour to talk about the steps they’ve taken to move towards their valued life. To be clear, Coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment, but for a lot of people it’s just what they need to figure out what’s most important and help them get there. Recent studies have also shown that Coaching can reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. Who doesn’t want that?
