As a certified holistic health and wellness coach, I help women of all ages to find body acceptance, food freedom, and learn the joy of movement. I will guide you to peace of mind, balance in your life, and find the healthiest version of you. My 1:1 health coaching program is designed to be unique to you and your specific issues and goals. The program is 6 months, where we meet virtually twice a month for 50 minutes each session. The sessions are personalized and the program is client led. This means we focus on whatever your biggest goals are and tackle the issues in your life that are preventing you from reaching your goals. YOU are in charge of your health and your transformation.
