I help women learn how to understand the messages their body is sending to them — through their digestion, skin, vaginal health, mental health, energy levels, and more.
I struggled for years with many of these issues, with no real support from my doctors to get to the ROOT cause behind my symptoms. I didn’t understand what my body was saying to me, or what it really needed in order to start healing. After loads of research, I eventually healed myself through nutrition and lifestyle changes, and became so passionate about healing through food that I went back to school and became certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I now help young women all over the world with chronic issues related to gut health. As a holistic coach, I focus on all the pieces of the puzzle that make up your life & health. We look at what nourishes you both ON your plate, and OFF. (like your relationships, finances, career, home environment, creativity, social life, home cooking and more). Clients who have come to me for one specific health issue usually end up finding improvement in other areas of their lives as well, as everything comes into alignment in their lives after working to improve one key factor – their health.
