Are you a college student or are you getting ready for the transition into college? After earning my BA in Psychology and Communications, as well as my health/life coach certification, I’ve developed my very own College Years Program. While college can be one of the best times it is also linked to an increase in mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Utilizing my program will allow individuals to feel more confident in themselves, face new challenges and understand how to better deal with change. Each session is uniquely crafted for my client to best suit their needs. To get even more micro, I specialize in dating during your 20s, drinking responsibly, and re-wiring an anxious mind. Whether it is preparing for a big move into the dorms, having a difficult time adjusting to the change in atmosphere, going through sorority recruitment, or simply having someone to hold you accountable to reaching goals during the college years, I am here to help.
