Hi, I’m Tim Rolfes! Nice to meet you. I have had a busy and eventful life – both on the personal and professional side. I love to help people discover and maximize their gifts and talents. As a friend of mine likes to say, “I have stories.” These stories help me to listen and relate to people. My goal is to partner together to help you on your journey.
I spent my first 21 years in Cincinnati and went to the University of Cincinnati earning a degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance. Over a 15 year period I lived in Albany NY, Washington DC, Boston, and Hong Kong so I have experienced many places. I have been married quite a while and have 3 pretty well adjusted children who are now making their way in the world. My passions include: spending time with family and friends, growing my faith life, community service, fishing, and traveling. In January of 2020 I spent 17 days in Patagonia with 10 friends hiking 75 miles on mountain trails. It was amazing.
My professional journey has also been diverse. I have worked for companies that were more than 100 years old to start ups, private and public, rapidly growing and shrinking. I have worked in retail, healthcare, software, service, and government industries. My roles have ranged from consultant, IT analyst and programmer, project manager, supply chain director, chief operating officer, and sales and customer service manager. I’ve been very successful, kind of successful, and not successful at all. In short, many experiences to share.
These wide range of experiences are my journey…let’s work together to help you on your journey.
