As a new health coach several years ago, I realized that many people gave the same answer when asked what was holding them back from making a change for their health: motivation. No one had enough of it and everyone wanted more. I discovered that by giving motivation all the power, my clients were damaging their own sense of self-efficacy and forming limiting beliefs about themselves.
By harnessing the power of habits, my clients didn’t have to rely on their motivation or discipline. Working together to design habit loops, my clients could now
rely on a simple system for success. I started The Habit of Health with the intention to
help others discover the fast track to their own health success and shed light on how habits can make health sustainable and effortless.
My coaching practice is anchored in three main pillars: beliefs, body, and behaviors. I work with my clients to identify and shift limiting beliefs, teach the basics of health, and change behaviors for good.
