Having gone through many experiences of my own with negative self-talk, bad and toxic leadership, making my own mistakes over and over again in my personal and professional life, I sought out mentors and coaches to help me along the way, but there was always a lack of consistency in receiving the mentorship…and that is not wrong or right, that was the way it was because they were not professional coaches or mentors that created the space and time to work with me. Working with me means consistency in receiving coaching and support, non-judgmental listening, knowing you are the most important person whose vision is what we are achieving, and creating an understanding that you have the power and creativity to be who you want to become through empowerment and encouragement. I am also a certified trained coach through iPEC and a member of the ICF. I adhere to the professional standards of the client-coach relationship.
Having worked with military leaders, business professionals and leaders, people looking to follow their dreams, and others who are looking to make a positive impact in their life and the lives of others, I have helped them discover the “success” and the life they have dreamed of. This new life and mindset has nothing to do with needing academics, having higher intelligence, needing to be rich, or needing to be overly ambitious. What I will coach you on has everything to do with perspective, your mindset, and one’s ability to be willing to go beyond and break through any limiting beliefs….then everything else will align and come to you.
Everyone’s journey is different and so are the challenges we have in our individual and business lives. I offer a three-month program where we will have an opportunity to dive deep into who you are, discover your unique limiting beliefs and obstacles, and break through them to access all that is available to you in your vision to become the person you dream of becoming.
Becoming the Leader and Success you want to become means leaning into the journey and trusting the process to access the opportunities that are waiting for you. My mission is not to motivate you, but to create a transformation in you that is enduring and authentic to you and the vision you have for yourself, your life, and your purpose. My approach is like going on an adventure and we will visit destinations of who you are and discover things about you that chip away your former beliefs and perceptions of yourself and your life. We may need to revisit destinations, and you will see more growth and inspiration as we work through any challenges. At the end of your three months with me, you will see areas of confidence emerge and the aperture of your awareness expand giving you access to the person you are and the success you can have. Keep in mind, an adventure is about testing yourself, seeing where your fears and comfort zones are, and moving beyond those to discover who you are authentically.
With weekly prepaid coaching calls and sessions, you will get 1.5-2 hour calls that will explore areas like confidence and any imposter syndromes, self-talk, and other areas that contribute to where you are currently stuck and what you perceive of yourself. You will get a chance to take a Leadership Assessment before our first coaching session and at the end of our three months together to compare your progress. You will have access to spot coaching via text messaging or email. Your success and development into the leader and person you want to become is my number one objective.

Sometimes that feeling is correct, and that is why I offer a free consultation to see if working with me is what you want to do. The consultation will be about who you are, where you want to be in your life, what you would like for me to help you with, and how my method could work for you.
