About the Author

Hi, I’m Tim Rolfes! I spent my first 21 years in Cincinnati with my parents, brothers, and sisters. At the University of Cincinnati, I earned a Bachelor’s in Economics and an MBA in Finance. After that, I joined Accenture consulting. It put me on a diverse professional path of building and running new systems, processes, and departments.

Part of this diverse life experience includes living in Albany (NY), Washington D.C., Boston, and Hong Kong. I have done projects ranging from a new startup that had less than 5 people, to large projects for the Federal government. I’ve worked in IT, operations, supply chain, sales, marketing, e-commerce, and advisor positions to the CEO. Some of these roles were as a full-time employee and other times a paid consultant. Currently, I am the Senior Program Manager at Christ Hospital Health Network. This is where I led a project to open a Joint & Spine Center.

I am fortunate to be married 35 years and have 3 well-adjusted kids, 2 grandchildren, and a group of treasured friends. When not enjoying family and friends, I like to fish and travel. At this point, I have been to 15 countries, which includes my recent trip to Patagonia with 10 friends. I hiked almost 80 miles on trails and glaciers! Additionally, I am always developing my Catholic faith and spirituality.
